Google Tools 2

So I learned about how to make up two different assessments on the same Google form today.  I am pretty excited because this can really help me differentiate assessments and assignments.  Here is my first (lame) attempt, but it was fun to try and figure out how to get one page to go to the correct "next" page

Sample Form

I am not sure if this link will work, but try and check it out.

  1. I couldn't look at your assessment, but I'll have to check that out. If you have kids take assessments on the computer, do you worry they will be collaborating? Do you have them hand in pencil and paper work, too?

    1. Janice- I can't figure out how to have the form accessible to everyone. I made it in my school Google docs. I think in a form they just answer the questions. They don't have collaboration capabilities. It's sort of like being sent a survey by Survey Monkey. I was thinking that they would also have paper and pencil to do any work they needed to and hand that in after they finished the form.

  2. So I just made a new form on my public Google account ehich allows other people to go to it but now I need to tweek it because if you choose A, you also have to answer B's questions. A very cool work in progress :)

  4. I really like this tip. I could see using this multiple assessment format in many different ways. Can you make more than 2 assessments on one form? This is great for multiple levels as you mentioned. Cool tip! Thanks, teammate!!

    1. You can have as many different forms as you want. It's pretty cool! And you can use some gadget to correct if it is multiple choice.
